Call our Customer Support Centre on 0844 800 9595 selecting option 2 for DELIVERY and select option 3 for AFTER-SALES issues. Lines are open as follows:

Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 8pm
Saturday: 8.30am to 6pm
Sunday: 10am to 5pm

Please note: Our Customer Support Centre will not be able to assist you until after you have had the winning bid.
